MOD is the place to grab a modern interpretation of the classic burger, a damn good fried chicken sandwich and the best fries around.

We are dedicated to serving food that is handmade and locally sourced.  We start with local beef and cheese and make all our burger patties, daily, and in house.  Our sauces are prepared right here as well, and we continually reinvent the daily special. 

We offer rotating daily specials, and you will not find a better, hand-cut, French Fry in the Hudson Valley! 

And for the thirsty, MOD offers craft cocktails and a selection of seasonal local craft beers on tap.  Our bartenders will create any drink you want with the care and technique, using only the finest liqueurs and house-made syrups.
